This position provides strategic sourcing services supporting multiple functions across the organization and will work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage strategic sourcing related activities such as category management and contract negotiation. Strategically source and manage complex professional service engagements, leading contract negotiations for high-impact services including legal, marketing, research organizations, travel, and corporate events while driving value through innovative supplier relations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify service needs, develop comprehensive sourcing strategies, and structure agreements that optimize both service delivery and cost effectiveness.
Work side-by-side with VP Procurement to support and influence the building of procurement function and capabilities at Everway. Introduce procurement roadmap and strategy, governance and control and evolving procurement and supplier management frameworks. Assess the organisation's needs, planning when work needs to be completed so time is given to completing relevant market engagement and negotiation.
Oversee program management for key initiatives focused on improving the in ride experience for across all user segments: Riders, Caregivers, CareDrivers, and Ride Organizers. Develop a deep understanding of the needs of both internal and external users and advocate for the user experience across all stakeholders to ensure solutions align with their needs. Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and identify high-priority business challenges.
